  <li>Hold your phone steady and keep still until the measurement is complete.</li>
  <li>Choose your activity type, such as resting heart rate, to obtain more accurate results.</li>
  <li>Add notes to your measurement record.</li>
  <li>Save your heart rate measurement result.</li>

<p>The app can be downloaded for free; however, to access premium features, a subscription is required. With a subscription, you will have uninterrupted access to our premium features. At the end of each term, your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged via your iTunes account within 24 hours before the current period ends.</p>

<p>If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can do so at any time by accessing your iTunes account settings. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. To ensure successful cancellation, please remember to turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.</p>
